Starfruit is an exotic and highly expensive fruit that perishes quickly. King Mitca Arcaius used to smuggle it into Parthos once a year from southern Durn. One place that grows the fruit is the island of Redmoor.

King Mitca used to smuggle the fruit into Parthos once each year. One year, when Fivan Maynor went to test the food for poison by eating some himself, they discovered it was poisoned with kudu oil. King Mitca had already eaten some, but was able to throw it up in time to recover from the terrible poison. Fivan was not so lucky and the kudu oil killed him.
